1. unable to act, respond, or the like, due to the proximity of a feline to one's person.

When you cannot move or get up because a cat is on or next to you, and you fear the wrath of our feline overlords too much to disturb them.

When you have been incapacitated by a cat deciding to sit, lie or snuggle next to you.
