The word that should exist instead of "highlighted"
Proof?
The past tense of "light" is "lit", not "lighted"
The past tense of "highlight" is "highlighted". Why??
The word "highlight" is a combination of "high" and "light"
The word "highlightED" is a past tense of "highlight"
Why couldn't "highlit" be the word instead?
This question will most likely go unsolved and a "joke" for the years to come.

"You mean highlighted?"

Someone whom writes their definitions in a fashionably disastrous order on Urban Dictionary by highlighting every single word to make the definition 'sand out' among the other more proper definitions.

"Did you see Jessica's "Peanut" definition on Urban Dictionary? She just highlighted every single word."

The act of one vehicle repeatedly ass ramming another vehicle in a series of back and forth motions, typically caused by poor throttle control.
