Depression Meal

N. A meal that is had that takes little to no preparation, due to the lack of mental and physical energy experienced during depression. Normally no utensils needed, and if heating is needed it is normally in the microwave for under 2 minutes typically, if not less than 30 seconds.

I normally forget to eat during my worst points, but when I absolutely need to, my go to depression meal is dipping a rolled up tortilla in salsa over and over until my jaw hurts from chewing so much.

post meal depression

the depression you feel after eating a meal you thought would be good but was crap, you can also get post meal depression after eating a meal and being sad when all the food is gone.

"aw man i can't believe how bad that pie was, total post meal depression.
