Pronounced "chip-ee-lee". Cheap or of poor quality in a mass-produced sort of way. Of Southern African origin - may be Chilapalapa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chilapalapa) or Fanagalo (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fanagalo).

She's dressed up as a chocolate chip cookie for Halloween and just cut out holes around her chocolate chipples for the chocolate chip part of her costume!

n. a term of art invented by comedy writers at NBC in NYC for the perfunctory praise one adds prior to criticizing someone, typically as means to indicate affection for the target of criticism.

My girlfriend had no idea I smoked weed with a couple of friends at the movies only to be exposed by Chimileaks three years later at a informal lunch.
