An ICBM currently in late development stages by Russia. Bulava is a submarine variant of the Topol-M missile. Carries up to 10 warheads, and attains all the capabilities of the Topol-M. The final tests before this missile hit production are scheduled in 2007.

Bulava is the most advanced ICBM.
