while riding in the passenger seat of a vehicle yelling random things into the air and screaming like you going to die even though there is no danger.

your riding to the store with one of your friends
you see a car drive by
CAR and then you start screaming.
or.
OMG ITS A CAR AHHH ITS GETTING CLOSER WERE ALL GOING TO DIE.
and as it drives by
oh were ok nevermind.

Similar to a Dense nancy, frail or flighty person that likes to dance among flowers yet is oblivious to their own destructive behavior. It is Often used to be suggestive to the behavior of a Flaming gay, who acts like a dumb blond but can also apply to a straight guy.

One of Zoolander's model roommates that went out flaming in the gas station fight, would be a perfect example of a Prancing Ninny.

Pranavi 

Likes food and vapes a lot. Kindve annoying but very funny and will let you use her vape whenever. V charitable and can get almost anything for you when she isn’t too busy getting things for her self. Very hyper and always preoccupied with a phone.
