A billy casual is someone who plays every competitive esport but plays it casually and is not good at the game and never gets better. Also known as a Barlow.

The dress code for when you go a pre-drinks and you don't know if you're going to go clubbing after. Its a dress code so that you look slutty enough for town but then chill enough for a casual drinks.

Kate: "hey whats the dress code on friday? are we going to town?"
Megan: "not sure yet, but just dress slut casual."
