Rudie and the Gays 

Rudie and the Gays was a popular non-metal tv show in the late 1980s. It is considered by everyone in the world to be the best homosexual show ever written. Its all-star cast included hosts Ryan Seacrest and Brian Dunkleman who later went on to host American Idol. The part of Smoof Poofleson was played by future American Idol loser and Cumming, Georgia resident RJ Helton. The show featured Jerry Seinfeld as its sole writer after the show Seinfeld ended. The only known actor on the show was Rain Wilson who got his start there before leaving the show to join the cast of the American version of The Office. Paula Abdul can be seen at age 14 in five episodes in a special guest role while fellow Idol judge Randy Jackson was the musical guest on 23 episodes during the show's 13 season run. Despite its vast success and humor which featured countless references to Simon Cowell, the show abruptly ended after season 13's season finale when Ryan and Brian shared an extremely romantic, yet slightly homosexual, kiss on-air.

Rudie Bums

A term that a very well-to-do New Zealand gentleman says as he struts about Sydney, Australia trying to impress hot English females only to be told that "it's killed the mood".

The term 'Rudie Bum' implies that two people, generally of the opposite sex, get together and thrust hips with one another thus causing, what some would say, a pleasing feeling shared between two people.

"After we have finished this delicious scone darling, shall we have rudie bums"?

"Bert!! Can you smell that? I think the neighbours are having rudie bums"!

Mum: "Doug, have you seen trudy"?
Dad: "Yeah I think she's with Kevin having rudie bums"

They can be stubborn at times and generally have strong opinions but are generally equal minded and empathetic individuals who tend to express their emotions more often through music , art or literature than burdening others with their own issues. Despite this a Rudie will always be there for you with her glowing smile , bright eyes , long lashes , exquisite music taste , god complex and heart of gold. The name is derived from ska culture inferring that the majority of rudies are extremely cool and unique , find yourself a rudie!
