Living off the government tit 

Literally, a low life that is able bodied, yet lives off government assistance. I.E. Welfare, WIC, Food Stamps etc. etc.

In the film Forrest Gump, Forrest asks Lt. Dan what he's doing now when he sees him for the first time after they arrive home. Lt. Dan, who has lost both legs and is confined to a wheelchair, states, "Living off the government tit."

The phrase is a reference to Lt. Dan's receiving a monthly stipen for the loss of his lower limbs.

In recent years, the term has a negative connotation and is often used to describe healthy welfare recipients that are able to work but choose not to because they are satisfied with their welfare checks for doing nothing.

The people living off the government tit are the largest voter pool for the democratic party.

Living off the government tit is free ride for people who realize government cheese is preferable to gainful employment.

Government Schizophrenia

Government Schizophrenia is caused when a government enforces and supports two completely different policies that are blatantly contradictory.

The United States has "Government Schizophrenia" when it comes to it's policies regarding cannabis prohibition. According to the government's Controlled Substances Act, cannabis has no medicinal value, and is deemed a schedule 1 narcotic. While on the other hand the government patents it's cannabinoids from cannabis, claiming they have medicinal value.

Government 

A system that contains people that controls a state, a city or a country. However, governments can easily become corrupt since most of the people in office are control freaks and work long and hard to take away the rights and freedoms of the people that they supposedly serve. They normally give out the excuse that they are protecting the public when in reality they are all psychopaths, liars and control freaks. They take away freedoms on a yearly and sometimes monthly basis when they could be doing things such as solving problems such as murders, kidnappings, and homelessness.

Ironically, humans are not the only ones with governments, animals also have governments as well and the animals run their governments a lot more efficiently than any human can run theirs. For example, ants make sure that every member of their colony is fed and this includes their larvae or babies. Wasps do the same and bees also. This means that despite humans claiming that they're the smartest animals around, they are so idiotic that they are unable to run a system correctly.

A government is a pile of crap system that controls a country and the people are paranoid, power hungry control freaks that love taking away the rights of the citizens.
