Good-Shit can be used to refer to a person, generally as a compliment or praise for someone who is fun to be around, or a decent person to be associated with in general.

"Remember that guy we worked with a couple years ago?"

Better than "good" and "good shit", or even "good lollipop". It is good to the third degree. Not to be confused with a crap flavored candy on a stick, good shit lollipop (correctly spelled with an "i" not a "y")is a compliment of the highest magnitude.
