Cool as ishq

In this sense, "ishq" represents anything that an object/idea could possibly be compared to. Thus, the phrase "cool as ishq" means that something is cooler than anything and everything - essentially, it's a less retarded way of saying "that's the coolest."

Phrase originated in Santa Barbara, and soon spread to other regions of California.

This phrase is used to describe someone that acts like they are the king shit and wants everyone to know it. You can tell they are like this by the way they walk, talk, and act. Their huge ego is astounding because a lot of the time these people think they are better than everyone else.
