(N.) A mingling of queer (not necessarily gay, just odd), and "dweeb". Usually considered to be more intense and more disparaging than just "dweeb". "Queeb" is "dweeb" to the 5th power. Dweeb on steroids. Uber-dweeb. Or maybe a dweeb that smells like a queef.
