OCD

OCD stands for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. This is a mental disorder in which the person thinks about something repeatedly (obsesses) or does behaviors repeatedly or carefully, out of his control (a compulsion), such as checking over and over whether the oven is turned off, washing hands more than once, or counting swallows of water when drinking.

This is used as a verb to indicate acting like one has OCD, or behaving like a person with OCD.

Whenever I get any important new medications from the pharmacy, I OCD and count all the pills, to be sure the pharmacist gave me the right number!

After my roommate talks to her boyfriend, she OCD's all evening about whether she might have hurt his feelings in any way.

I hate parties because I OCD about my acne!

Ocd

A very real, very bad mental disorder, where you get intrusive thoughts that won't go away. You do certain things to try and get rid of them, but they become compulsive pretty darn quick.

Me: I've been diagnosed with it. Right now i am having an anxiety attack over stuff that I've read in a dodgy tabloid over two months ago. Time to check every page on the internet to fact check my idiotic brain. Oops, now I am obsessing over something new =)

OCD

Occasional Cunt Disorder. Most commonly affecting men, and most likely to strike when they've been drinking and their good for nothing sports team have lost. Symptoms include sneering at lifelong friends, ignoring the person who is speaking to you, laughing humourlessly at someone who is just trying to be nice and picking one person to humiliate. The cure is usually to sulk moodily in a corner for a while, but the drastic measure of a slap to the face is sometimes administered.

OCD

A compulsive disorder caused by a fluid imbalance in someones brain. It is the most difficult mental disorder to live with because you have to fixate on one thing and cant leave it until something else worth fixating on comes up. This is why people with OCD tend to be smarter than some without it.

God, my OCD was acting up today. I spent an hour watching Teletubbies until the doorbell rang.

a wierd disease which causes sufferers like myself to fear unlikely events if you don't do or correct something. sufferers have been known to aquire phobias from this disease. I am now emetophobic.

-I am an athiest and I feared God striking me down if I didn't retie my shoes without thinking a clean nice thought.

-If I had to repeat things ceartain numbers woere unacceptable. for me: 3, 6 (my fav number), 9,13,17,18,21,23, 27.
