Pinballing
When you grab someone's testicles and stretch them with such force that they snap back to their body, it’s like the action of a pinball machine launching its ball. The sensation is akin to pulling a spring to its limit, and then releasing it, resulting in an immediate and powerful recoil as the testicles are violently propelled back to their original position.
