An utterance of good-bye, often slurred, following a pent-up, profanity-laced tirade against ungrateful customers, after which there is nothing left to say or do except grab a beer and bolt.

I've had it up to here, you ungrateful mother f*****s -- I'm mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore! I'm outta here, and you can call me Steven. S'later!
