Running munchies. Runchies are the food cravings that you get after running or other intense workout. These cravings are very tough to satisfy, and seem to never end.

I just ran 8 miles, now I've got serious runchies that only chipotle can satisfy.

Toxic ass gas that usually follows the consumption of Mexican fast-food. A rauncherito will typically rate from 8 to 10 on the stench scale with outstanding hang time, especially when combined with cheap beer.

Raunching is like dirty dancing and grinding in one. Usually involves kissing / members of the opposite sex but can occur amongst members of the same sex otherwise when too drunk to notice.
