Yungbooty Riots: KATS 

Yungbooty's death was confirmed by the President. The killer, now dead, was found to be a tigershark. There was outrage across the Nation after this information was released. This info (about the killer) was declared four days after Yung's death, and just 3 days afterwards, the first set of riots occurred in Maine. It was named K.A.T.S., or Kill All Tigersharks. This was the first riot, and the most brutal of the 8 major riots during the three month period.
The KATS Yungbooty Riots were insane! 1000s of people were killed then. The official name of the battle was, Yungbooty Riots: KATS.
A rough translation to katsukoii is "cool-looking" or "fashionable". It's a Japanese slang word so there is no true English equivalent.
