acting as a lookout for someone perpetrating a crime. When the lookout sees the authorities or any witnesses he alerts the perps by shouting out "chicky, chicky chicky" as opposed to "cops".

Famously crashed multiple private lobbies, and even managed to invade Valve's LAN games. The user eventually became so popular, that there existed thousands at one point, up until the infamous exploit was patched for good.

Guy 2: What? But I set the game to private!
