EOC stands for "End Of Conversation," a phrase used to indicate that a conversation or discussion has concluded.

Example:
Person A: "Great, I'm glad we settled on a time for the meeting."
Person B: "Me too, thanks! EOC"

(In this example, Person B is signaling that they consider the conversation complete and are ending the discussion.)

Abbreviated form of "End Of Coarse Test" for a subject

EOCT's are end of coarse test that some states take at the end of the year going over all of what they learned that year.

A medical condition where after a person take the EOC or final exam for a subject, they're incapable of learning that subject anymore.

John had eocagitis after taking his geometry eoc.
