Vietnamese-Canadian rapper who resides in the extremely dangerous community of Jane-Finch. He received international attention for his song/music video "You Got Beef?" His crew is known as the V-Unit and his fellow rappers are known as the 21 Clipz.

Very widely used in the South West of Sydney.
A "yougan" is an aboriginal creature from the dreamtime that would always ruin a corroboree (telling of a story through dance).
So when someone ruins a story or tells an unfunny joke they chucked a yougan!!
