Forms that are impossible to fill out correctly. For example, you are a teacher filling out a form to apply for a grant. On the form, there is a required question in which you must select your job from a drop-down menu and the menu only lists administrator, classified staff and student. You must make a selection to submit the form to be signed.
The new hire form is a total belcher; it requires an ID number which the hire doesn't get until after the form is submitted.
