Windmill 

A fierce, rotational close combat technique that combines the destructive force of LOSEBEAM and the awesomeness of break dancing to devastate nearby opponents.

When performing such a move, the sound of "MIIIIILLLL" tends to fill the surrounding area in a deep, bellowing tone.
