1) A term used when addressing someone who is inferior to you. You call them hoss to establish the fact that you know what it is and they dont know about it. This lets them know that you are aware of the fact that they are a straight charles- one who rooks it on a regular basis. Establishing legitimacy via the hoss method is highly recommended by the Western Philosophy.

They may also be called chuck, chauncey, or carlitosway.

2) what you say to someone who is lagging or acting like a girlpie for any reason... for ex, say someone is trying to make an excuse for why they cant do something when they really could, you say "hoss' hoss- hoss." in the middle of their sentence to let them know that you know they are bullshitting you.
