1) A person who withdraws from all things digital. 2) Someone who's a recluse by being "offline" (avoiding email, social networks, cell phones, etc).
It was obvious from his lack of tweets and FB posts that Fred had turned into a total techluse. No one knew anymore what he'd eaten, watched, or thought (and vice versa).
