natchez steamer 

A Natchez Steamer is when someone stands on the walls of a stall in a public bathroom allowing their poop to travel roughly 6-7 feet before splashing down in the landing zone (toilet)

Did you see graham drop that Natchez steamer, it was cool but his poop was the size of a small raisin.

Updates to a program that completely break the code. This normally causes the code to work but in such a poor manner that it is unusable. Typically in the form of bug fixing.

This comes from the user Notch, the creator of Minecraft, who updated his game and created numerous bugs that make the game completely unplayable.
