Runnerrhea

Running induced diarrhea. Like runners trots, only worse.

Thank goodness that run ended when it did- I hate to have runnerrhea running down my legs!

Rennerrunning 

Running without controlling your arms and kicking your knees up as high as possible with each step. This type of running, albeit tiring, is hilarious to watch, and was invented for that purpose.
