Originated in western Pennsylvania. This term describes an individual as either being wasted beyond belief, baked out of their skulls, or generally oblivious and clueless to everything.

A person who has drank a vast quantity of alcoholic beverages and is unable to communicate coherently.

Danny arrived at Gatwick after the flight shanted, because he had consumed a high number of beers and spirits at the airport before departure but also on the plane as well.
