When you want a sip from your friends drink but they don't want you to put your lips to their can/bottle so you tilt your head back and they pour it into your mouth or you pour it yourself.
Back in highschool everyone would be skying their friends Arizona Tea so their lips didn't indirectly touch.

This is a British term for drinking someone's drink from the air with no oral contact with the drink - usually referred to as "waterfalling," or "airsipping." This is a term heard mainly in England.

A business term for stepping back from the details of a task or project, to brain storm or refresh your mind by taking a look at the big picture.
"Listen, we're running out of ideas here. I say we take things up to 10,000 feet and try blue skying for a bit. Who is our target demographic?"
