Used in World of Warcraft, dotkill is AKA .kill, which GM's on WoW's private servers can type in, and everything that has a health-bar and withen 30 yards of the GM is instantly killed/destroyed/etc.

The act of causing someone excitement that your text message is getting a response and the three dots appear in a bubble as they are typing.

By typing on letter to someone in IMessage, it causes three dots to appear in the recipient’s IMessage causing excitement or dotillation!

OMG! He is responding, I’m getting dotillation over this!

This MF is trying to cause me dotillation! He is never going to respond!
