jokabulary 

A word used by self-styled comedians when describing their repository of jokes. Jokabularies are commonly comprised mostly of bad puns.
Person 1: "The word 'jokabulary' is part of my extensive jokabulary!"
Person 2: "..."
Person 1: "Get it? Joke-abulary? Vocabulary? But with jokes!"
Person 2: "Please stop talking to me."

Extremely sensible words used outside of the generally accepted English vocabulary. They are totally awesome when used by someone named Joe. However, still acceptable when used by "the average Joe."

His wokabulary didn't include they/them before he met his co-worker who didn't use traditional gender pronouns.

The expanded vocabulary of someone who is high on marijuana; often used to impress one's peers or to not sound as if they are high
Person 1: eats 2 more brownies* "I feel as though my vernacular has transcended to a new level."

Person 2: "Dude I know you're high once you start using your tokabulary like that."
