In the pipe 

Following a relatively safe corridor through enemy anti-aircraft fire. Often used in conjuction with 5 by 5, meaning that the craft in question is either undamaged or has suffered very little damage.

"We're in the pipe, 5 by 5!"

The act of farting and producing a noxious odour, due to needing the bathroom immanently - there is one in your 'pipe'.

Dave let rip and his drinking buddies guffawed and covered their noses.

An exclamation of success. If something has been "put in the pipe" it has been completed to a high degree of satisfaction.

one in the pipe 

A humorous phrase used when a person, who is caught off guard, completely and immediately ends a violent situation by being violent first/faster/more efficiently. (usually a punch thrown resulting in a knockout, or a gun fired fatally at an opponent)

The action taken would be referred to as being the 'one in the pipe' and the person who performed said action would be in posession of it.

Similar to saying "I was ready" even though there was no way anyone could have seen something coming.

When the man talking to Darius' girlfriend tried to throw a punch at him, Darius acted quickly by throwing an even faster punch, knocking the assailant out cold.

"He didn't know I had one in the pipe." -Darius

Maybe you’ve heard ‘viper’s got you in the pipe, tuve-by-five’ if you play ape sex(apex). Got you in the pipe means you are being aimed at accurately, or perfectly lined up(with missile or weapons like that)
