It is not directly from a particular ethnic background. It can be to Pakistani, Indian etc. but it is mostly favoured towards Punjabi's.

A beautiful, talented, smart, funny, kind, and all around great girl. She has a tendency to have a bit of a wild side. She is a talented in almost everything she does, from singing, playing guitar, all the way to drawing. A Kuri is also shy at times, but once you get to know one in depth she is very loving.
