Proununced "handy-sped"

Refering to a "handicapted" and "specially education" person. One of the most offensive disses. Used when the person has displayed either mental and/or physical retardedness or stupidness.

Achmed: Pass me the dart, and I'll do a one-timer.
Abu: Ali Baba, Achmed! You are such a handisped, there isn't no one-timers in darts.

Handisexual

(1) A person who pretends to be mentally retarded, developmentally delayed, or physically disabled to warrant sympathy and attract someone of the opposite sex.

(2) Pretending to have a disability either mental or physical to attract someone in the fetish crowd who finds the disabled such as amputees, wheelchair bound, or developmentally delayed sexually exciting.

(3) Drawing attention to or feigning a disability to seem alluring or attractive to a potential sexual partner.

Because Jeremy was too lazy to be on top during sexual intercourse, he borrowed a wheelchair and donned his "handisexual" gear to go clubbing.

Naomi found men who were physically helpless quite attractive. This brought out her handisexual tendancies.

Two possible meanings to the delighfull word.
1. Someone of less the standard intelegence in the act of doing something handicapt

2. A basin of cooling water to relax ones muscles after an extensive sporting session.
Or the more practicle use of relaxing your hand after jerking the berk for hours upon end
