It has ubiquitous meaning. It can be used anywhere. It's most literal meaning is doing something loudly, joyously and cheerfully. A group of chilled people can be called Ultifiers. It originated first in 2006.

A nickname or abbreviation shortened from the latter half of a name or word. Like "Topher" for Christopher, "Za" for Pizza and "Bert" for Robert

I just call him "Xander" Haig which is an ultinym for Alexander since we're such close pals.
