A stinky, middle aged, cack-a-lackin, black mr. Scrooge looking ass baboon, named either Malik, or Rafiki, sporting $130 Jordan's paid in full by unemployment, while their multiple children lack basic human needs, thus cementing their role as a soon to be GOAT NIGGER; An unfortunately common species that needs population control ; Society's premier recipient of government services, and over policing; the entirety of the Ferguson city population; A farm animal among humans.
Person#1: Hey, the other day I saw Ray-Ray going to the post office, it was the first of the month, he got paid, and then he went directly to the package store, and proceeded to rob the place. He is such a burden on society.

An incident or scandal in which a celebrity or other public figure has used the "n-word". The incident in question usually involves massive media attention and demonstrations calling for the dismissal of the offending party.
Michael Richards was recently involved in a Niggergate scandal after a racial tirade at a comedy club.
