When someone, in a game or otherwise; gets destroyed in an embarrassing manner, or very quickly.

In-game, it is usually by a very broken character, such as Strix from Paladins; where the name comes from.
Out-of-game, it could be when someone fails amazingly, or gets destroyed in some manner.
