AmeriCorp

The new name applied to "America" since it's hostile take over by "Big Business"...
AmeriCorp has no problem whatsoever oppressing it's slaves (formerly known as citizens) as long as it remains ridiculously profitable...

How can anyone compete with AmeriCorp's sweat shops and child labor... they make China look like human rights Heaven...

aeromorph

Similar to an Anthromorph, but with planes instead of animals. Possibly popularized due to Transformers.
That aeromorphic A-10 has some juicy boobs!

AmeriCorpse

Thinking you're going to get great job experience between your BA and Masters by joining AmeriCorps, but finding out you've been used for mindless data entry by non-profits (due to cheapness of hiring ameriCorps members)...leading to a slow painful death of boredom and misery. Or zombie-like appearance due to the death of idealism.

Noun: AmeriCorpse
Verb: AmeriCorpsed
Man, I thought I'd get experience with grant-writing but I've been doing menial data-entry!

Dude, you just got AmeriCorpsed!

What?

You're an AmeriCorpse. Dead to them. You're lower than "intern."

Oh my god you're right.

AmeriCorps

U.S. domestic peace corps, paid in stipend by a congressional act signed in the early Clinton years. Major function is training, community policing, health education, and community service leaders. Would potentially satisfy national service requirements for conscientious objectors in case a military draft were to be instituted, much like the Civilian Conservation Corps of old.
After college I joined AmeriCorps, which paid off all my college loans after 10 months of service.

amerimorphism

(American & morphism), ascribing perceived American attributes or characteristics to other nations or non-Americans; the application of law, customs, or mores of the U.S.A. to other nationalities; foreign people or nations as seen through Red-White-&-Blue glasses.
The amerimorphism of foreign countries & their inhabitants is a distortion of reality.
