Other than the known insult, the term OLD HEN is used in latin american cultures to express the quality of a good looking older woman, which even brings up a popular saying:

"Old hen makes a better chicken soup"

COUGAR 

The real definition of cougar comes from the american muscle car also known as the ´67 Ford Cougar, one of the best known cars to be lended or bought for being such a popular classic even after being used for a great ammount of mileage, that is why it can also be exemplified by "riding an old classic" just as a great looking 40 year old woman, which may have been also a classic or a beauty back in the day, being used once again, even with the mileage and a couple of bumps and scratches is a hell of a smooth ride!!!

"Even after taking a look at all these new pieces of ass, i´d still want to ride that old cougar"
