Combines two words: emasculate and math. Together, it means to make (a person, idea, argument, or piece of legislation) weaker or less effective using math.
Person 1: In 3D coordinates, the Y-axis is always up.
Person 2: Actually, the labels are arbitrary and there tend to be two common standards: Y-axis up or Z-axis up.
Person 3: Oh! He just emathculated you!

Solan Effect

Having so much of something (modern conveniences, technology, etc) that it becomes inconvenient.
Person 1: "I love my new house, but the WiFi signal in the 7th bedroom is too weak. I need to buy another router to cover the whole house."
Person 2: "Wow. You have a serious case of the Solan Effect."
