Having extreme focus. Originates from the fact that when you have a boner you can focus on only one thing. Someone is said to have bonerfocus when they are heavily focused on a single task.
"Yea Claire, I can totally get that report done, it's going to take bonerfocus, but you'll have it on your desk first thing in the morning."

Adjective, Pronounced like "lovely". A feeling of agitation with an individual to the point you would like to hit them over the head with a shovel a la Norman Bates and Mother in Psycho. Similar to stabby but swap knives for shovels.
"Johnny was really getting at me today, staring at his screen with that blank look while our server was down again... i felt myself getting all shovely, wanting to drive his goofy head straight through the screen."

When someone who is in an obviously bigger hurry to be at the same location you are going rides up on your ass in a narrow hallway and invades your personal space from behind, making you feel totally uncomfortable to the point where you just hug the wall and let them pass.
Damn, John... back off and quit hallgating me, it's just a staff meeting, there will still be a donut for you when we get there.
