A car with a large amount of (usually cheap) performance upgrades, i.e. spoilers, stickers, exhaust, and rims.

I used to have this Honda in high school that was all kitted out, but i got too old for that shit.

imitating another persons original look and/or attitude by dressing or acting like them.

"I just bought these really obscure nikes and the next week I saw steve wearing the same pair. He's swagga jackin' me!"
