An ice cream truck is well... A truck that sells ice cream. These trucks can be step vans, or regular vans. There are two types of things ice cream trucks sell: prepackaged novelty treats (e.g. ice pops or Good Humor bars), soft serve, or very rarely scooped ice cream.
