A mild insult, used to mock one's friends and convey affection at the same time. Can also be used to describe objects that are useless or annoying.

"You're a poogy" when laughing at a friend's stupid antics; "It's just... poogy" when frustrated beyond words with something annoying.

Hitler Stache

When a male is banging another in the poo poo hole, then pulls out and marks his lover with his feces coated dick on the upper lip in a pattern not too dissimilar from the mustache sported by Adolf Hitler.
