When old companies try to be agile but employ the same retards to transform the company and somehow expect to get a different result they are being tardgile.

Our new cio heard the term agile so he got the same tards that championed waterfall processes for years to make the old processes agile and expects them to be something other than tardgile.

The sound Indian developer's make when bobbling their heads and talking. Used pejoratively to refer to Indians in general.
