Refers to the popularity of a person (e.g. singer or celebrity) only based on the amount of tweets talking about them. This does not always translate to actual popularity with the general public. It is mostly used on Stan Twitter as a drag.

Person 1: "mind you, beyoncé IS the greatest and most influential pop star of the 21st century"
Person 2: "the greatest based on twitter vibes btw"

Combining the words "clown" and "Cornelia Street", it refers to a Swiftie (Taylor Swift stan) who constantly guesses or makes theories about Taylor's next moves (e.g. easter eggs/hidden clues for her next album releases)

Swiftie 1: *makes a long Einstein-level theory post about when reputation (Taylor's Version) will be released*
Swiftie 2: "gurl you always walk clownelia street..."

Derived from the slang word "khia" (a person nobody knows or cares of), "Khia asylum" describes a person's period of very low popularity due to lack of activity, media attention, career success, or simply being outdated. This term is mostly used on Stan Twitter to refer to popular singers or celebrities.
