Sluggin 

The act of wearing a a semi used condom because you got caught in the act and have to get dressed quickly and get the fuck out of there, with the possibility of re-insertion.

Nick was sluggin when he got caught by his girlfriend's parent mid-pump and had to get dressed with the condom still attached. Family dinner was super awkward. (condom was sluggin down my leg during the main course).

The act of wearing a fully loaded condom after sex because you got caught by her husband and had to flee.

Tom was super sluggin while in a full sprint after being chased out of a girl's house by her husband. (As see sluggin).

When someone is so Intoxicated and tired that they start uncontrollably bobbing their head. Giving the appearance of giving oral sex to a ghost.
