It means 6:30. Or can also mean when females stink up the bathroom.

Meet me at chx turdy and NOT 5:30.

A hot person that has some funk going on that lessens the appeal.

Look at her all fine but she's got some stanky swanky hair that looks like it hasn't been washed in forever.

A nosey hoe.
