A sexual orientation where the individual finds himself or herself sexually exciting. Narcissexuals are commonly autosexual, however they may engage in interpersonal relationships in which their partners play only a supporting role to the narcissexual's infatuation with himself or herself. Egocentrism and selfishness, especially in intimate settings, are major social indicators of narcissexuality. Derived from the Greek myth of Narcissus.

Derived from the cultural anthropology term "death name taboo," an ex name taboo is the reluctance of friends and family to mention the name of an ex, typically replacing the ex's name with emphasized pronouns.
