A term coined to describe an action which is performed by a seasoned criminal directly before a crime is perpetrated.
The action is a smooth outward motion of the index-finger from underneath the nostrils as if clearing the airways in preparation to:
A) denote to himself and onlooking associates that shit is about to go down
B) a psychological preparedness of the perp in which self affirmation is guaranteed
In addition to these points, a sneaky snivel may also be gestured in a non-combative setting where an air of humbleness may be denoted by the doer and is only recognized by esteemed peers as a non-big-noting acknowledgement when the doers exploits are spoken off in the prescence of others.
