An ecstacy brought about by an encounter with the otherworldly.
An ecstatic feeling of awe and wonder caused by the sudden realization of mind-blowing, alien knowledge.

He was overcome with exogasm when he discovered that there are trillions of Earths orbiting countless other stars.

It was truly exogasmic when the discovery of numerous earth-like exoplanets were announced to the masses.
